possible to recover a formatted hdd?

i have done a *full format(format c of my 20gb hdd. is it possible to recover the data??? help please.

i have even deleted the partition and created a new one.. im sooooooo careless

You may have been able to have unformatted it with...

As long as you didnt give the /U switch as one of the FRMAT arguements.
But you deleted the partition and then created a new one... I think that can be classed as unrecoverable.
If your data was really important then there are specialist companies that may be able to help... but it dont come cheap.

dude i am jealous. that is one hell of a system. you have any idea where i can buy one?????????? and as far as the recovery goes your pretty much without a choice
