Possible to upgrade my laptop's cpu?

I have an HP 14 r206nv laptop that its cpu is terribly slow. Is it possible to change it from celeron to pentium or i3?

In theory, maybe.

In actuality, probably not.

There's a lot more to a laptop than a desktop. There's heat considerations, specific BIOS's etc. Even if 2 CPUs are the same socket type, it doesn't make them interchangeable.

More of then than not, CPU's are soldered to the motherboard in laptops - making it near impossible to remove, and if you can, it's certainly not cost effective.
