So today my pc started acting weird spaces being randomly typed and pages just jumping all the way to the bottom.

MalewareBytes found some things but removing them did not solve the problem.

Last thing i did was the "BlocktheSpot" to prevent ads on spotify.

Tried doing system restore to before i did that but that didnt work and when i go to attempt to reset the pc it just gets canceled.

Anyone have any ideas of how i can get rid of this thing?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

BlocktheSpot?

This product...

https://github.com/mrpond/BlockTheSpot

Uninstall "BlocktheSpot".

Will the pc boot into Safe Mode? Do the problems stop?

Reinstall the keyboard drivers.

Test your system using another known working keyboard.
yes that block the spot and I have uninstalled it as well as Spotify.

it boots into safemode but the problems persists.

EDIT: Was able reset the pc but the problem persists. Persists even with no keyboard plugged in.

EDIT: Im dumb, it appears that it may have been my mouse at fault not the keyboard or any virus lol.

Could be the mouse. I truly do not know.

What did you learn or discover to now believe that the mouse was/is at fault?

Not at all unusual for a problem of some sort to be caused by some other component or circumstances.

Working through it all can indeed be a bit confusing sometimes..... :)

Well i went to try a different keyboard that i know is working, accidentally unplugged my mouse cuz was just kinda in a hurry and noticed the cursor had stopped moving.

It makes sense i had a macro setup to keep my character in New World logged on launch day while i went downstairs to do some cleaning. I didnt think i hit the key, and i thought Razer Synapse had to be open in order for the macro to run which apparently not lol.

Still weird that even turning the PC off and on and resetting the PC didnt stop the macro running. but ah well seems to be solved now is all that matters
