Possibly bought a motherboard with bent pins

So I just got a motherboard from amazon and the CPU socket looks like this:

Looks like there's a gap on the bottom right inside corner where pins should be and some other pins look put of place. Should I return this to the seller or is it normal? The cap that goes over the socket wasn't in the proper place when I took the motherboard out of the packaging.

it looks like there are bent pins, you can ether get some small tweezers and try to straighten them or send it back for a replacement.

I straightened them and now it looks like this:

Is this good? A few of the pins look like they're a little higher up than the others.
