was helping my gf build a computer when trying to install windows 10 and the m.2 ssd that had been installed does not show up for a possible device to install windows on to (also does not show up in the bios when trying to update either). this is an issue because this is the only drive in the system therefore no way to install windows and we are stuck. as mentioned before have tried to update the bios but cant do that either without a proper drive detected.
If someone can tell me the possible reasons why this could be happening it would be very appreciated thank you.
