Hello everyone,

Here is my build:

Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor

GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB Video Card

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

Storage: Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition 57.3 CFM CPU Cooler

PSU: EVGA 600 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

The LED on my motherboard lights up with the VGA LED error light. When i received the first GPU i got this error. So i tried using another GPU, 1070 ti, and that worked, computer booted and everything. So i sent the card back thinking it was DOA. i have now received the replacement and i am getting the exact same issue, no post and the VGA LED lights up on the motherboard.

Could it be possible that the GPU and motherboard aren't compatible? Did i received another DOA GPU? Am i missing something here?

Thank you.

Hello,

Do you have the latest BIOS installed on your PC ? Try to reset and clear all the CMOS BIOS settings to default value, and like mentioned above try using a different PSU if possible.
