Post Build. Have a few questions about fans, serial ata, and a loose cable

My first question is regarding my fans. I have the Corsair 400R case and it has two fans on the front for air intake and one exhaust fan on the back of the case. I also have the Corsair H100i CPU cooler and I was wondering if those two fans are set up correctly. I believe those are exhausting air as well. And if I were to get two more fans on the side of the case how should I set those up?

My next question is regarding my SSD and hard drive. My SSD is connected to the SATA6G_5 and my hard drive is connected to the SATA6G_6. I believe my optical drive is connected to the SATA6G_2. Is this the best way to connect them for my storage?

My last question is about the cable that is floating. It can be connected into the USB1112 slot. And I'm not sure what it's for because I dot have any front panel usb 2.0 slots.

fans always push toward the side with the bars. have the front 2 intake top 2 exhaust by pulling through the water cooler and rear exhausting.

SATA dosent mater as long as they are in AHCI mode. sometimes the dvd dosent work unless its in IDE mode so that plug may have to be in IDE mode but the others should be in AHCI

last plug is probabally front panel audio. plug into audio header
