[SOLVED] Post code 00

Hello, past week my motherboard refused to boot, and post code was 00 and my motherboard has troubleshooting led's and it shows that something is with cpu. Yesterday I managed to boot without problems and today again post code 00 and red cpu led.
Specifications :
CPU : Xeon E5-2620 (I Had 4960x, it died past year, been using 2620 for 9 months without problems)
RAM : 8GB kingston 1866MHz (yes it matches the qvl) this time only, overall I am using 4x8 GB kingston 1866MHz
Motherboard : Asus Rampage IV black edition
PSU : EVGA 850W B3
Anyone has ideas? Any help is appreciated!

Usually means a dead CPU or failing board.

Can be that or a corrupted BIOS.

Sorry I missclicked. the problem is that motherboard is dying. Thanks for help!
