So I'm back here again with another POST failure thread. Firstly, I'd like to clarify that I've built 2 whole PC's since my last post here, and haven't had a problem until now.

My issue now, is with yet another freshly built PC. To make a long story short, I helped a friend build her PC through a video call, since I can't really afford the flight over there. I had overseen the whole build, and saw no incompatibilities. Building went relatively smoothly, few minor bumps but nothing major, which is why I was so shocked to see that the computer wouldn't POST.

Components List:
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600X 3.6GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: NZXT - Kraken X52 Rev 2 73.1 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus - STRIX X370-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Storage: SanDisk - SSD PLUS 480GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Toshiba - 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB FTW HYBRID Video Card
Case: NZXT - S340 Elite (White) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Rosewill - 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

While I know no algorithm is perfect, I double checked for any hardware incompatibilities and couldn't find any myself. So if anyone sees an incompatibility, please don't hesitate to tell me.

What I've done so far:
I suppose it's unfair to say what I've done, but for the sake of simplicity we'll go with it. My first thoughts were that the CPU was unplugged, or just not plugged in all the way, though that didn't seem to be it. I called Asus tech support three separate times: One operator didn't want to help once he saw that the RAM wasn't on the official Asus compatibility list, One operator claimed the board defective and gave me a case number to RMA it in case the seller refused (good guy that one is), and one simply blamed the keyboard I was using. Not joking. I haven't yet tested it for grounding issues, as that's going to happen a little later from now, but if anyone has any other advice/concerns for why the PC won't POST, please don't hesitate to tell me. Thank you all so much in advance.

Solution
The board should have debug LEDs: ASUS Q-LED (CPU, DRAM, Boot Device LED) https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-X370-F-GAMING/specifications/?
If yes, is there one that remains on? If yes, again, which one?
