what does a blinking dram light mean . its goes of then my fans speed up whilst its on then it turns off and repeats ? what does this mean ? https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/2fWjKq my build

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

It would mean;
1| Your memory controller is having an issue working with the ram
or
2| The rams are in the wrong slots, if they're not in slots A2 and B2
or
3| Your motherboard BIOS might be corrupt
or
4| You have bent pins on your CPU's socket or too much mounting pressure on the CPU cooler.

thanks for the reply my motherboard only has 2 slots and i have tried each slot separate and nothing as for the first one how would i got about fixing that ? my specs are https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/2fWjKq
