Question Post mining BIOS on RX580?

I just bought a used rx580 but default settings in wattman and gpu-z are looking wierd, my card is supposed to have 1411mhz clock memory, not 1111. Voltage settings are also looking weird and i'm afraid that i bought post-mining gpu.

It's likely ex-mining. Miners sometimes underclock/undervolt their cards for lower power consumption.

This tutorial will teach you how to flash it back to the factory one. This process also works to fix some broken cards, but it should work to fix the clock speed issues with yours.
