Hey guys I have put my setup into a new case, and now it isn’t working, all the fans will come on and the gpu, but none of my peripherals are powered. The psc on the motherboard says that it’s the dram, but I do not know what it is because I haven’t messed with the ram at all. Everything is powered by the psu. The motherboard is a z490 extreme4.

Solution
Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it
