Question POST takes 10 seconds to light up my screen

So after upgrading my motherboard and cpu I noticed that my boot loading speed increased... it used to be 20 seconds with my stock acer mobo and i5-7400, now it’s msi b360 gaming plus and i5-8400 and it’s 26 seconds. The system itself loads in 16 seconds but takes 10 seconds before that to light up my screen(probably POST)
Is there something I can do to boost it to 10-15 seconds in total? Fast boot didn’t make a difference

Cpu:Intel i5-8400

Gpu: evga Gtx 1070

Motherboard; Msi b360 gaming plus

Ram 1: 8 gb Kingston 2400 DDR4

Ram 2: 8 gb Corsair 2400 DDR4

Psu: Evga 600w

Case : nzxt h500i

Ssd: Samsung 120 gb OS Installed)

Hdd: 2tb toshiba hdd

Monitor: acer 1440p 144hz

If its a POST issue what would a Win re-install help?

Is there a newer bios available than the out of the box loaded one?

New versions are available, I checked them up what each fixed, pretty much nothing but support of 9th gen intel CPUs
