POST taking a while, sometimes fails to POST

I built a new PC about 3 weeks ago. everything was fine till about a week ago. I came home and tried to wake the pc up but it had shutdown for some reason. I hit the power button and it does its normal thing.. lights and fans come on but it never post's and then shuts down and then restarts trying again and again. I switched off the psu during one of its power off cycles and turned it back on again, it started up like normal, taking about 15 to 20 seconds to post. It did it again today. I just cleared the CMOS and was going to wait it out to see if it happens again and thought id post this to get a little help.

Gskill 4 gig x4 2800
EVGA 980 superclocked
WD 500 gig velociraptor (boot and storage)
Samsung 850 Pro 256 gig SSD (for running games)
Thermaltake 650 PSU

Corsair h105 CPU cooler
3 200 mil case fans
1 140 mil case fan
2 memory coolers

Maybe the PSU is too low? IDK but that must suck...
