Posting about powersaving mode, again.

yesterday i asked if powersaving can have a negative effect on my pc, i want to make it last as long as possible and power saving reduces my cpu temps by around 10c+ temps before ~60c .. temps after power saving~45-50c i can still play my games to a good standard so i just want to know if power saving can have a negative effect or just make it go a little bit slower? Im posing again because the other thread went dead.

amd fx 4100 @ 3.6GHz
8GB ram
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard
and a 600w corsair modular psu
win7 64bit

They don't affect performance and have no negative affects. People may turn them off since you can possibly oc higher, but that is really the only reason.
