One thing you dont need to buy thermal paste the cooler would already have some in the box everything seems ok and good gaming computer but I would spend abit more on the graphic card maybe go to an 6GB or even an 8gb !

I have upgraded the GPU as you suggested and removed the thermal paste. I really appreciate the fast response Mario. If anyone is interested here is the list as I intend to buy it after saving the money. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vDt34q It probably won't be for a month or two, so if anyone still has any suggestions please let me know.

This is on a completely different level of performance as you get nearly 100% performance increase which is crazy improvement for gaming.
I opted for best headphones for that budget without microphone as you are having Sound card having pro headphones over gaming headphones is better option. You can buy dedicated microphone if required.
That speakers are useless when you have that good headphones but I still included you can skip it if you want.
980GB SSD is of no use at all unless you have decent hardware to utilize it for productive purpose.
You can run PC without activating Windows for as long as you want without performance limitation of any kind. Only limitation will be of some unimportant Windows features like personalization. All programs and software will work normally.

I appreciate the suggestions. Thanks guys. :). I changed up the parts a bit to get more bang for my buck as suggested. I kept the SSD, I prefer the SSDs in general for mutliple reasons and do not require a 1TB HDD
