I want to overclock and later on install a seond GPU. Should i stick with this PSU or get a lower wattagge and buy a higher one later.

Neither.. Stick with this build for now...

one you start using the Build you will some Start to understand what you need and what will be the best option for your preferences..

by the way you really should look at Some more Reference for the PC at around £800 or $1200 ... You should also try and understand What will be the bottle neck on the setup..(There will always be one )
I think this list need a bit of playing around with... You can always come back to the forum if your research doesn't help you

Keep the build with the XFX PSU unless you want a second PSU for troubleshooting purposes. I see no issues with the build as is but I'd love to see an SSD in there for OS/boot drive.
That's all I got.

you still dont need a psu that big even with crossfire down the track 700-750w will be sufficient
