It was announced in 3Q15, with scheduled availability in 1Q16. Usually this means it release right at the end of that period. I guess you're just a tad excited (like a kid waiting for Christmas 😉 )
It probably will take 3-6 months for laptops to roll out. The chip will not be available in retail channels, as it is a BGA chip that requires soldering to mount.
Until it's available, you're going to have to read Intel's assessment of graphics performance. It's probably going to have about 1/3rd more cores than the predecessor graphics, and with the better eDRAM it might well perform better than most low-end graphics cards. Still not better than the minimum GTX 950 type, though...
