Potential GPU Bottleneck

I'm looking into building my first pc in a month or two, and I was wondering if I would be able to take the GTX 750 out of my current pc and use it in my new one with an i5 6500 without bottlenecking anything. I would probably only use it for a few months before upgrading to a 970 or 960 to save me some money and getting the system up and running quicker.

What are you talking about? I don't quite get it.

You will put it in the new rig and it will work just fine. Is there a problem?

to bottleneck depends on what kind of gpu you're pairing with which cpu. an i5 6500 should be fine, with just about anything.
