Potential Power Supply Issue

I have a corsair 620 watt modular power supply (maybe 8 years old) on my pretty standard setup. Its been running fine since I built it, but after letting it sit for a couple months I came to power it up and it'll begin to power up but then shut off (after about 2-3 secs) and then will power on again. Sometimes it sounds like its going to start booting but then it powers down again.

I'm wondering if this is an issue with the power-supply or something else. What could I do to troubleshoot this?

The power supply is relatively old and been used on older setup so I'm wondering if its finally blown out. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

Solution
Yeah, remove the GPU and see if it will run at all.

The PSU is 8 years old so it's a large possibility it's time to replace it.

What PSU is it?

And System specs?

I tried taking out the GPU and it booted and then switched the power supply rail on the card and it boots fine now. Probably need a new supply of different channels are going bad but looks like it’s fine for now. Thanks for the suggestion!
