Question Potential upgrades for my PC

I recently upgraded from a GTX 680 to the RTX 2070 and I see much better frames than I had before. My concern is I feel like im still not getting the frames I should be getting after watching reviews on the card. I am wondering if I am potentially bottle necking my PC.

I am running a Ryzen 2700x
8GB Ram
RTX 2070


I can give you exact parts if you need them. What would I need to do at this point to see an improvement in my framrate?

16GB of fast (3200Mhz) RAM in dual channel would go a long way in helping with performance.

I had a feeling that faster Dual CH Ram might help more than I realized. I was doing some reshearch and its pretty conclusive that Ryan CPU's really like the faster RAM. And having it in Dual CH instead of a single slot I know would help alot.
