Potential virus changing firefox tab?

My firefox close, resize buttons used to look like this:

you can see that those 3 classical buttons are covering my new buttons, they show up like these whenever i hit my resize button. but I'm not doing anything the "new" buttons are the only ones that show up like that.

I'm worried that I might be being hacked...

Run MalwareBytes and you should be good to go.

I checked....nothing comes up AT ALL

I admit I might have been paranoid recently regarding being hacked...

but is it possible for hackers to have been monitoring and hacking me without any kind of files installed on my computer.

I have used spybot snd, malwarebytes and avira to scan and I have 0 detections...

You are most likely fine, try and reinstall firefox.

What version of FF? Is it one of the betas, see odd things pop up in them
