Potentially suspicious folders within my AppData folder

Hello all,
I'm running into a few potential issues with my computers.

On one of my Windows 10 machines, there are a few things in AppData that seem somewhat suspicious. There are two potentially suspicious folders in C:\Users\weber\AppData\Roaming, one of which is PowerISO (I know it's harmless but I never downloaded it), the other of which is RenPy. Within RenPy is a folder called "Wetting Timer-1359949504". This looks like someone tried to download porn but I never did and I'm the only one that uses this computer because I have a BIOS password set that I change monthly. Neither of these potentially suspicious folders have anything that I can relate to them in the Downloads folder for any users, the Program Files folders, the Program Data folder (unless the folder name is gibberish to me), or the Recycle Bin. I'm really not sure where they came from or what Wetting Timer is (I'm guessing porn).

Here is what I've done:
1) Scan with Windows Defender, MalwareBytes, BitDefender. None of them found anything other than a potentially unwanted program (VLC Media Player found by MalwareBytes).
2) Reset Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer (literally never used it once), and Mozilla Firefox. Here is a list of all extensions installed to all browsers: Edge: none. IE: none. Firefox: Bluhell Firewall, Adblock Plus.
3) I even went through the internet history of all the browsers and didn't find anything that I don't remember going to or would not have come up as a google result during research.
4) Should have mentioned this first... My first move was to delete the folders. Windows did not try to stop me and did not complain after a restart. All programs still appear to work properly.

Also, if you're wondering why there are multiple user accounts on a computer that only I use, it's because I made another account named Mike Rosoft (get it) so that I can play around with its settings and get a feel for what they do without affecting my account.

All advice is welcome, thanks in advance.

RenPy is not porn. https://www.renpy.org/ I would think it might be used by a game that you have installed. I can't see why malware would install PowerISO so maybe you did to mount or modify an ISO or other disc image and deleted it afterwards and forgot?
