POV or Hat Switch problem

Win XP. FS2004. LOGITECH Force feedback 3D. Can not
get "Hat" switch to recognize "pan" positions. Just will
assign one view position only. Anyone else?

You just assign the "pan view" function to the hat, not different
views for each direction, doesn't it work?
