Hello from australia! My home always have a circult overload and i am very affarid that whne my desktop is on and when it overload it can damage my desk compoments, is ther eany power banks for desktop?! Idk if i can ask this in this section. Thanks! (Really need answer asap)

You could consider a line-inteactive UPS from APC. In case of voltage surges or drops, the UPS will switch to the battery to maintain the voltage

hey guys, thanks for the quick respond. how much watts would u recommend?
my pc specs:
i3 6100
gigabyte gtx 1060 oc 6gb
msi h110m gaming
antec earthwatts 550w
samsung 250gb ssd
hdd seagate 2 tb

I would get at least a 700kva unit. With these bigger is better because you get more runtime. Buying the minimum rated one would mean it only runs for ~6 minutes and that's when the battery is new! As the battery ages runtime gets much worse.

Oops, that would be 700va. Kva would be like a huge generator!

700va should barely be able to power your monitor and PC if it were drawing the full 550w but of course your PC uses much less than that, especially at idle. And you would likely pause playing your games during an extended power cut!
