power bank type-c output is chargin from my phone

my power bank has 3 outputs ( 2 usb type a and 1 usb type c thats how it written on the box )
and 1 micro usb input
when I want to charge my samsung device using the type-c to type-c cable using the power bank
my phone just charges the power bank !
does it mean that there is two inputs including the type-c ?
I want to use the type-c to type-c for fast charging
and it can't be solved can using usb type a to usb type-c affects the battery performance ?
