Hi,

I changed my dying PSU for this one:

DEEP COOL DQ750-M-V2L 750 Watt 80 Plus Gold

and now to turn on PC I have to press restart button on my extension lead. Then my PC starts up, doesn't need to press power button. Power button works only for shutting down PC.
Never had this issue before with old PSU.
Please help

Solution
If all you did was replace the PSU, try reseating all power connectors again.

And while you're at it and for the sake of due diligence, make sure that the front header connection is properly connected and in their correct pin assignments. You never know...

Likely the connecting cable from the case front panel to the motherboard is not correct.

Wrong cable or not correctly connected.

Did you reuse any of the cables from the original PSU?

Motherboard, case? Check the documentation for the correct connectors and pins.
