[SOLVED] power button light turns on if pressed with psu off

Just noticed it, if i press my pc's power button with the psu turned off (the switch on the back) it will light up for like a second, but only the first time i press it. Is this normal behavior? just curious, i know pressing the power button with the psu turned off is used to discharge capacitors.

Motherboard : MSI A320M-a pro max
PSU: Corsair CV650

Same thing..it's discharging residual power from the PSU

Oh so it's normal then? i've only had this pc for a little over a month so i'm still "learning it"
