Power button will not work

I went to the store an hour ago, and before I left, my computer started fine, I shut it off, and left. I came back and now it will not start. It has been doing a wierd thing recently where i press the power button and it would take 5 seconds to power on, where it normally was instant. I never leave my computer on when I go somewhere. I also have a manual power connector that you place on the pins, and not even that worked. Please help.

Rosewill Gungnir case
Rosewill ARC 650 psu
ASRock H97 mobo
Intel i5 4590
R9 390 Powercolor PCS+
8gb RAM

Possibly a faulty PSU. Do you have another that you could test it with? If not, I would breadboard it:

Thanks man, I think its the PSU too. No sign of damage on anything, so it probably just pooped out. Lucky it didnt fry anything. Im going to get an EVGA 80+ GOLD 750W PSU. That should hold up better.
