Question Power button won't work anymore

I have GA-H81M-S gigabyte motherboard, i5-4460, Corsair VS650.

I was installing new 1650 gtx graphics card on previously working machine, at first it booted but didn't detect GPU. I tried to reinstall the GPU, I don't know if messed by pressing too hard or something but my power button no longer works but GPU led lights up. Any idea what could be wrong? Apart from GPU led, USB ports work.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:

Include the age of your PSU in the build as well as the OS you're working with. If you're on Windows 10, mention the version(not edition) of the OS.

With the discrete GPU out of the system, try and short the power pins on the motherboard with a small flat head screw driver.
