Question Power Button

Just got a Lian Li pc o11 Dynamic. My motherboard doesnt have a usb 3.1 connector. The power button doesnt turn on the pc and if the pc is already on and I press it, it just restarts.

Is it because i cant connect the usb 3.1 cable from the case?
Solutions?

Check the board's manual and see if you've correctly connected the wires to the motherboard (power and reset buttons).

It worked. I was concentrating on the usb 3.1 and didnt realise the mistske.
