I Have 4 power color 580 8gb with micron chip memory
run at 30Mh/s with 125watt
anyone can help to decrease my voltage problem?
anyone have bios mod better?

Solution
125W is too much, my rx 580(Red Dragon V2 8gb Micron) are consumpting 90-100W with hashrate 29-31mh/s.
I have newer cards with bad memory, i run them at 29mh/s
And some older cards with better memory with 31mh/s.

I think, i can help you to mod your bios or i can send mine bioses, one should fit. If you are running 30mh/s already, maybe yours are one of those, that can run at 31 mh/s

for @TJ Hooker: i see in my GPU-Z is 125watt every GPU.. in power meter is 800watt (total = 4 X 580-8gb-powercolor + motherboard H81 pro). i think it's not normal, 800watt for 4 gpu+ motherboard

Power reported by GPU-Z usually isn't accurate. Your power draw at the wall does seem a little high.
What settings are you using for voltage and core/memory frequencies? Did you BIOS mod? There are plenty of guides for how to configure an RX 480/580 for mining.
