power color r9 270 can't have stable 60 fps at dota 2

i wonder,why my r9 270 can't have stable 60fps at dota2 .
even i low all settings,the fps still stuck at 62-67 (same like ultra)and the fps stable at 40-55.only can get 60-67 at non battle situation

nb,my friend's gtx 750ti can able to run it at 60fps all time.


my pc spec
fx 6300
msi 970a-gd43
2x4 team extreme dark
cx500 psu
1366x768 reso wooden monitor

a few things could be happening. first amd cpus are known for frame drops sometimes if you can try overclocking it. next the 750ti is faster then a r9 270 by a little bit you can always overclock your gpu if you need.

The R9 270 is faster than the 750ti, the R7 260x is the direct competitor of the 750ti.

For the OP, check your temps with AMD overdrive, also check how is each of your CPU's cores usage with msi afterburner.

i can't use msi afterburner at dota2.but in other games i can. idk why
