case-corsair carbide spec 2
fans-1 front motherboard controlled ,1 rear fan full rpm mode from psu connection

so it's now 16 days i am using that gpu so the problem is that before installing my gpu my case was running cool so after installing that gpu my temp sometimes goes to 40 like playing tomclancy the division -uplay account for 2 hours continuously, my temp sometimes goes to
1-motherboard-35-40
2-cpu-35-40
3-gpu-highest 61
idealing is fine in my pc it's around cpu-motherboard -27-30 highest
my gpu always ideals at 50-51 after game-play with fans automatically turned off and normal idealing is 45-50
So the main problem is that when i start gaming my gpu makes some weird noise like trrrrrrr which i came to know is coil whining from youtube which i am not sure it sounds same as coil whining but the main thing is that case side pannels heats up a bit when gaming/gpu load so is everything fine ? any rx 470 user faced the same issue ?i reported to my local shop but they are little bit slow

i runned 3d mark fire-strike bench mark there was very little sound but when i play games it's loud like ttrrr coil whine for sure now but it's confusing no sound in bench mark i booked my complain today

Can't tell what the issue is here from what you describe, the sound could be the fans, and of course when you add in the card your temps will go up. Did you go over the system to make sure where the sound is coming from?

Yup i opened my case side pannel and checked the sound starts like few second before fans starts spining

You said there was a grounding issue with your cord, get the taken care of before looking at other issues. People with no ground on their computer have many issues with the systems, shocks when they touch the case, electrical hum.

yes i fixed that one bought a new power cord and fully tested

but the problem still remained when i gpu stress test it there is very few noise but when i play games trrrr sound comes out of my gpu like when i come close to my case i can hear clearly, my local shop engineer said that it is nothing to worry about expensive gpu makes sound like that -_- i was shocked to hear something like that ,they told me they can still replace if i dont like that gpu what must i do game runs smoothly but that gpu makes some noise under load 🙁
i will unplug my gpu from my case and install it in my brother's case and update you guys before making any decision

Are you sure that is not the fan spinning? Or hitting a cord as it spins? I have seen fans hit a cable under the heatsink where you may not see it.

so the shop owner told me that he will replace it with same card for me ,i am so happy I asked him will i get a brand new one's or a refurbished -_- he didnot gave me an clear answer -_- that worries me a lot now ,so i am noob in that kind of things,if you guys can tell me that according to powercolour i must get a brand new card right ?

they replaced me with a brand new gpu but the problem remained same ,so i guess it's the way it works 🙁 coil whine but games runs smooth ,and i still get random black screen when i start up my windows
