Greetings,

Current build:

MB: GB X670 Aorus Master
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5600 (2x16GB)
GPU: GB GeForce RTX 3060, 12 GB 192 bit GDDR6
PS: EVGA Supernova 850 P6
Case: Thermaltake Core V71 TG
Boot: WD Black SN850, 1TB
CPU Fan:Noctua NH D15 Dual Tower
Heat Sink: JEYI Finscold Goldfin Gen1 M.2 Heatsink

I've got everything above installed and get a post "beep" and the AMI screen to continue setup but no power to the 3 x 200 fans. For the life of me I cannot find a power connection to plug into the PS or the MB.

So my question is where is the power connection for the Thermaltake 3 x 200mm case fans?

Thank,
Bill

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Page 15 on your case manual;

The controller will only work with the fans bundled with the case, the controller then has to be plugged into a 4pin molex connector stemming from your PSU.
Thank you Lutfij!

To be clear, when you say "controller" you're referring to the small "front panel" type board that sits on top of the Thermaltake case with the fan "on" buttons?

Yes, I saw that reference you supplied and had traced all wires from the controller. The only wire unconnected (because I didn't know what to do with it) is a 2-pin wire that runs from the board to a female Molex.

All the Molex connections from the EVGA power supply are also female. And 4-pin.

So how does that work?

Is there another connection I've missed?

Best,
Bill
