Hello,
I recently bought a used RTX 6000 Ada GPU from NVIDIA, but it didn’t come with a power connector. According to the manual (https://www.nvidia.com/content/dam/...roviz-print-rtx6000-datasheet-web-2504660.pdf), it uses a single PCIe CEM5 16-pin power connector.
I have a spare connector from an RTX 4090, and it fits. However, it's rated for 600W and has four 8-pin inputs, while the RTX 6000 Ada is rated at 300W. Is it safe to use this connector? Should I plug in all four 8-pin cables, or is it enough to connect just two, given the lower power draw?
Thank you!
