Question Power consumption between these 2 CPUs

Hello everyone!

I ask you this: among the following CPUs, which one consumes less with the same configuration?

AMD Ryzen 7 5825U
Intel 1255u

Obviously on laptops with the same configuration and related integrated video cards (i.e. Intel Xe and AMD Radeon)

Since AMD doesn't state how much their CPU needs when turboing from 2.0 Ghz to 4.5 Ghz, and what the minimum is for CPU's operation, it is unknown which of the chips use less power overall.

I have seen the AMD Ryzen 7 5825U as being a nominal 15 watt but configurable up to 25 watts.

The R7-5825U's power consumption is between 2 and 4W greater than that of the i7-1255U in most workloads. Their CineBench test showed the Ryzen 7 using 11W more power but it also says that the 5825U has a higher score per-watt than the 1255U making it more efficient in multicore.
