I have an asus rog rx 570 4gb which i bought second hand a year ago and since a few months, my power usage keeps dropping whenever my gpu is at a 100% utilization,
whenever i try to mine/play games at high settings my power consumption will go to a 120W and then drop suddenly to 25W making my games crash and also crashing my gpu/driver, this happens more often in a few games and some games don't crash at all

Things I've Tried-
-reinstalling graphic card drivers and tried old drivers too much it doesn't help
-tried power tuning options on amd software and increased power limit to +25%
-tried undervolting and underclocking using amd software

any help would be appreciated.

PC Specs-
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
RX 570 4GB 8 GB DDR4 Ram Corsair
Corsair VS450 PSU

I’m running into a similar issue with my Quadro P2200, the power drops from 65w to 35w few minutes after putting both cpu and gpu under load(Such as playing games or running furmark and prime95 at the same time). My graphic card seems fine when I swapped it to another PC, so I think maybe a faulty pcie slot?
Maybe you can run a gpu stress test to see if your card is faulty.
