hdd: wd 1tb cavair blue
graphic card: nvidia asus gtx 650-ti 1gb

I have connected it to iball ups..... but my problem is that some times my pc automatically restart saying that windows didnt shutdown properly.....
so whats the problem is my ups cant take the load ???

Solution
I also have UPS which I only use to connect my monitor... As iBall UPS are of poor quality and doesn't give sufficient power supply to your PC.... As per my experience your UPS would supply only upto 450-500W power to PSU... I also had this problem and I connected my PC directly to socket... That helped me... Never connect your PC that has require a big power to run to UPS... You might break your PC... Your PSU will get partial power and hence break some circuits... I almost made my PSU die in that UPS... But at right time I made it safe by removing it from UPS...
NO .... it is conneted to power than also it restart ....

I think my ups has some problem because it give me a backup of less than a minutes and when the power goes and my pc is
running on battery its always give a warning sound of battery running out......
so can u suggest some good psu or shud use my power with surge protector because power shutdown is not frequent here.....

yaa i noticed one more thing that when i play games then only after sometimes it restart.....
suggest me a good ups and will it cause any damage if will not use ups

When you play games your system is on load and hence draws more power.. If insufficient power is supplied your system will restart by itself or else it will shutdown... I prefer you should not get an UPS... or get a nice UPS and only use that UPS when you are working.. and when you want to play games then disconnect the power from UPS to the mains such that the system would get proper power to run your system while gaming(load).... No damage would be caused if you will not use UPS as UPS only provides power when a power cut occurs... Like when you are doing some work and you are not saving your working in time intervals and sudden power cut occurs and to prevent unwanted loss of work you use UPS... When power cut occurs your UPS will provide power to your system.. But UPS will not provide power for long duration! Maybe like 10-15 minutes you would get to save your work...
