POWER CONSUMPTION PROBLEM

HELLO,I'M A NEW MEMBER,I NEED HELP,PLEASE HELP ME IN MY PROBLEM,I HAVE A SYSTEM CONSISTING OF : INTEL CORE 2 DUO E6750,P5K ASUS MOTHERBOARD,POWER 550 REAL GREEN,2GIG RAM OCZ BUS800,1 DVD ROM AND 1 DVD WRITER,250GIG HARD MAXTOR,AND AT THIS TIME I HAVE 8600GT,BUT MY QUESTION IS THIS:I WANT TO BUY ATI 4890,AND ONE OF MY FRIENDS TOLD ME THAT I MAY NEED ANOTHER POWERFUL POWER WHEN I WANT TO USE ATI 4890,MEANS I MUST BUY ANOTHER POWER,NOW,WITH THAT SPECIFICATIONS I MENTIONED ALREADY,WOULD I BE ABLE TO BUY AND USE ATI 4890 WITHOUT BUYING A NEW POWER OR CHANGING MY CURRENT HARDWARES( I MEAN CPU,...)????

model: GP530AB
ac input: 207-240 v, 6A, 47-50Hz
fan design: 2*(8*8cm)+ auto fan controller
psu efficiency 80% typical full load condition at 220 volt input
ATX & BTX switching power
real current output:30A(185W),18A-17A(400W),0.3A-2.5A(3.6W,12.5W)
real current wattage: 530w,16w
these specifications have been written on the one side of my psu,I hope this is enough,and thank you so much

According to those specs almost 44 amps on the 12v, which would be plenty for your system with the upgraded card.
However, it's only got one 6 pin power connector and is a brand I stay away from ( HEC )

It's your decision wether or not to try it, if you do, you're going to need to overclock your cpu in order to see the full potential of such a powerful card.

Since you don't seem like you know to much about computers I will detail a bit of what Delluser said. (this isn't an insult just from the way you are talking I am guessing)

Your CPU is a bit slow. When you have a set up like that it can lead to what is called bottle necking which means your graphics card is more powerful/faster then your CPU and means it will hold back your card from it's full speed and performance. That is a bit over simplified but I tried.

This means that no matter what gpu you put in a system you would not see an increase.
Going by your definition any cpu would bottleneck a system because you will always increase performance with higher clocks or faster , better cpu's.

Thanks to all of you guys,then I might be able to buy that hell of a card without changing my psu anyway,you are right,with my current cpu,I wont be able to see that card's full performance,but you know guys,my friend has bought that card which I wanna buy,and his cpu is weaker than mine,his cpu is core 2 duo 6400,and he told me that he has no problem in playing games,I mean Is it necessary for me to overclock my e6750?or I can play games without overclocking and being worried about occuring any graphical malfunctions due to cpu weakness during playing one game for example?
