Hey experts! :)

Was wondering, why is there such a big difference between the R9 Nano power consumption and the Fury (air cooled, not the X liquid cooled)

The reason I am asking is the Nano has only 1 x 8 pins, while the Fury has 2 x 8 pins whilst having even less cores!

Could please someone give me a logical explanation?

Most people getting the r9 nano aren't going to be overclocking that much because the reason they're buying it over the Fury in the first place is space limitations. It also starts with a lower core clock, so I'd imagine that the extra 8-pin on the fury is almost exclusively for extra overclocking headroom.
