Power-driver failure when shutting down w2k

Turning off my w2k system suddenly gave me after shutting down OK:

BLUESCREEN:

and subsequently

BLUESCREEN:

and looking in eventviewer gave:

EventId: 3101
Unable to read IO control information from NBT device.

What is this?
It starts Ok though

please help
