Question Power flickered now windows 10 wont load

Ok so this morning my power kinda flickered enough to make my windows 10 pc restart. When it tries to load into windows it just sits at the loading screen with the dots going in a circle at the bottom. I tried the windows 10 automatic repair thing and that did nothing. I have also tried to boot the computer into safe mode and it just sits at the loading screen then as well. I have since fired up my old windows 7 machine (that im on now) and have installed my windows 10 pc's HD as a 2nd HD to this windows 7 machine. What tools or utilities can I try to fix the booting problem ? Thanks.

Are you able to get into recovery mode?
If so, try running a CHKDSK and SFC, then you also may need to rebuild the MBR with bootrec.
