Can someone help me find how much power the intergrated Ati radeon 4200 uses and how much power the Sapphire radeon hd 7770 uses?

That Cpu draws around, according to newegg, 89 watts. That Gpu "Recommends 400 watts" But it is actually much less than that, probably closer to 200-250.
