I had my computer running for about 5 hours the other day, and stepped away for a bit and when I came back my cmoputer was completely off and wasn't turning back on. The motherboard rgb an vga were blinking intially, but a couple hours later there was no light coming from the computer at all. I ended up buying a new PSU (Had no one to borrow one from) and the lights all came back on, but it still won'r boot. I unplugged and replugged cables, made sure the GPU was seated right and it still won't boot even when I try to use a screwdriver to turn it on. I don't get any Mobo beeps when trying to turn it on either. I've attached some videos of what I'm seeing including when I do press the button the blinking lights starting.

reset the cmos
replace the cmos battey
did you connect a monitor to the motherboard while testing?
can you enter the bios?
all power cables are new from the PSU currently installed?
all connected? on psu side split atx power cables as well?

So I just reset the CMOS and put the battery back in and still nothing. I can't even get it to boot by neither the power button, nor just using the scredriver method, I have a moitor plugged into the mobo, but since the PC won't turn on it doesn't do much.

Do you have any other working modern PC in the house that you can use to test hardware?

If not, do you have a local mom and pop shop with a good reputation that can look at it, or other experienced PC enthusiasts?

I unfortunately don't. This is my first and only build. I would have to look around for a mom and pop shop

is the EPS 8-pin plug connected near the CPU in the upper left corner?
Are the cables from the new PSU?
Cables are plugged in, and all from the new PSU. After some testing I think the worst case scenario has happened and my mobo was shorted. I noted that on my case the usb port appears to be broken off and probably sent a charge back into the board that caused a short.
