Question power issue or motherboard

My PC has ryzen 5 2600 paired with gtx 1650 super on ASUS TUF B450 PLUS motherboard powered by TX650M Corsair PSU
now the issue is whenever I turn on my pc it goes off one time and restarts itself it was not doing it before but now it does it from the last 5 days.

(now my thoughts are it can be because of a power issue or I don't know I may be wrong or maybe it changed some settings to make it safer to boot in bios)

Does it do the same if you removed all the HDD/SSD?

You can test by removing only the power cables, not need to remove the data cables.

yes, I did that after you suggested it but sadly It didn't work, I hope there is another possible fix or something I try if you know.
