Question Power issues

When I turn on my pc everything starts up fine. All the fans except two small ones attached to the motherboard turn on. However my monitor will say no signal when I know the cord is connected. Also when I turn off the computer the two small fans that were off before will start up along with my keyboard if it’s plugged in. I have a sabertooth z77 motherboard and I was wondering if this could mean it’s dead?

tried to take off all components except atx psu cable and cpu cable left connected, and perform bios flashback?
