[SOLVED] Power LED glows no signal or no fans running

I built a Gaming PC about 2 weeks ago and now when i turn it on the power led glows but also the fans spin for half a second then shuts off but the power led stays on. Does anyone know why?

I think nobody will know, because only you had that PC, we can't see it and touch it, just like if I ask my car does not start, can anyone know what happens?
