[SOLVED] Power led shutdown

Hi there. A few days ago I changed my video card and source for a certified one, now my power led turns off by itself, then it comes back and starts to turn off again after a while on, the problem is only the light, everything works correctly.
Try adjusting all the cables inside but the problem with the light still occurs.

If it is something aesthetic it does not bother me, but could it damage something on the pc after a while?

make sure to reseat the front I/O power LED cable to the motherboard.
it was probably partially dislodged during the change out.

it could also be pulled from the light itself so check that it's connection to the front button is still properly attached.

the worst that could happen is the light just stops working completely.

make sure you also check the opposite end where it connects to the light itself.
these connections can come un-soldered or detach in other ways.
