power light doesnt go out

After recent Win 10 updates my laptop will not go to sleep regardless of power management.
The laptop has to be turned off to preserve energy.

Go to Power Management after Control Panel and revise power plan settings there. You can see there all the available advanced options.

Thanks but as I wrote in my original question, the power management is being ignored. So doesnt work!
